Online entrepreneur and world traveler Gillian began the pen to Zen process with a specific goal in mind: overnight pizzazz for her home page. A review of her intentions for her site (sales! sign-ups!) led to a bit of brainstorming on creative strategy. And that led to a redesign–within the confines of what she could do with her theme, her time and her skill set.
The project extended a day or two longer but for good reasons, like a new opt-in copy box, a more distinctive voice to differentiate The Global Bookshelf from Amazon, and plenty of links to show Gillian’s selections to be exciting and unique (like she is!).
