A few years ago, Bally was the nation’s largest health club chain, based here in Chicago and I worked in the corporate marketing department as Senior Writer, and Managing Editor for the bi-monthly ePublication for Bally’s 2 million members. Bally has since sold most of its assets to L.A. Fitness, but today still has 45 thriving clubs New York, New Jersey, San Francisco and Colorado.
They’ve rebranded and I’m once again creating their fitness, nutrition and lifestyle newsletter, as well as providing other copy and concepting work for direct mail, radio, PR, in-club promotions and member relations. Now I enjoy Bally as a national corporate client with which I share a close personal relationship!
